NavigateTXST

NavigateTXST is a student-facing technology platform that helps students manage their academic lives. Through the platform, students can connect effectively with a full range of services and resources available at Texas State. Students will access their to-do lists, communicate with their advising centers, make appointments, design their course schedule, ask questions, and monitor their academic progress, all while receiving personalized guidance through prompts and nudges. This single-source platform will allow students to explore their academic path through enrollment, understanding their educational plan, discovering wellness offerings, and exploring their career options. NavigateTXST will be a significant communication tool for our university to communicate with students.

NavigateTXST will be the primary method students will use to communicate with many of the programs and services they will need to be successful at Texas State. This includes setting appointments for academic advising, exploring student services, and developing an educational plan. Several features will help you navigate TXST more efficiently, including Advising appointment scheduling, Raising Your Hand, and Communicating with your Advisors. You will also have access to the following success tools:

• Know when important to-dos are coming up. NavigateTXST provides a comprehensive to-do list and scheduling tab that will help make sure all of your to-dos are to-dones.
• Find the right fit. The My Major tool will connect your interests and goals and pair them with the right major at Texas State. All you do is fill out a short survey, and NavigateTXST does the rest!
• Connect to the Support you need when needed – Have a question or run into a roadblock? Resources and connections who refer you to your designated support network, and if you need it, and appointments to get you face time with people who can help.
• Stay ahead of any roadblocks –unpaid parking tickets and other fees and fines could keep you from signing up for class next semester. Get notified when you have a hold on your account and resolve them directly with our staff.

You can download NavigateTXST in the Apple App Store or Google Play by searching “Navigate College simplified.” For the desktop version, point your browser to (https://txst.navigate.eab.com) and select Log In. Use the same username and password for all your other university accounts.

No additional costs are associated with downloading the Navigate app or using the desktop version.
